We are open 7 days a week 7am – 11pm. Last wash is 10pm everyday. Please be considerate to our staff and allocate enough time to finish your laundry by closing. Please check website for updated holiday hours.
WHAT CAN WE DO WHILE WE WAIT FOR OUR LAUNDRY?
We offer FREE WIFI, FREE cable HDTVs and FREE phone charging stations in our Laundromat. There is plenty of room to sit and relax in our lounge area. Vending machines are also available for snacks and drinks.
IS THIS A COIN OR CARD LAUNDROMAT?
Absolutely coinless! Our user friendly h2o Laundry Cards are easy to add value and conveniently used for everything in the store: washers, dryers, vending machines, wash & fold, etc. We accept all credit cards, debit cards, EBT access cards, apple pay and Samsung pay. Your h2o Laundry Card will NEVER expire! Download h2o’s laundry app (CyberLaundry) to view account balances, real-time wash/dry status and pay with your phone at any machines!

ARE YOUR WASHERS AND DRYERS EASY TO USE? ARE THERE SPANISH INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, very easy to use. All our machines have simple to read English and Spanish instructions on the front. You also have optional extra wash and rinse.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO MY LAUNDRY?
We have over 110 state-of-the-art super G force washers and high-speed dryers. Wash cycle will take about 25mins and dryers dry clothes in less than 30mins. You’ll be finish in under an hour. Wow, that’s efficient!
WHICH WASHER SIZE SHOULD I USE FOR MY CLOTHES?
It really depends on the actually size of your loads. Washers work better when they are more than half full. You can actually fill our washer completely full, as long as it fits loosely. Leave room for water and agitation. For dryers, usually half full is recommend. We have experienced staff during store hours to help with any questions about using our machines.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO WASH?
You do laundry on your time! We wanted to build a laundromat where people didn’t have to wait. With over 50 BIG washers and 50 BIG dryers, why go anywhere else? Weekday afternoons are generally the best time to do laundry because you have washers and dryers of your choice. Weekends are our busiest time.
IS YOUR LAUNDROMAT KID FRIENDLY?
We got you covered. Kids can enjoy our children’s play area with various activities or they can choose to watch kids network television in HD. You do laundry while the kiddies play!
DO YOU HANDLE COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS?
We absolutely do! For all commercial account inquires please call us or email us. A staff member will contact you during normal business hours to take an assessment of your cleaning needs. Your laundry is cleaned by us and NEVER outsourced.
DO YOU SELL SOAP/DETERGENT?
Yes indeed! We sell soap, laundry bags and all the goodies you need to get laundry done.
WHAT IS H2O LAUNDROMAT’S MACHINE LOAD CAPACITY?
Our 20lbs high-speed washers accommodate 2 loads per wash and our MEGA GIANT state of the art 100lbs washers can take 10 loads of laundry in a single wash. We are the only Laundromat in the area that offers 100lbs washers. We also offer plenty of 4, 6 and 8 load family washers available for your convenience.
